Our Story
GRANDE BUILD was founded with a clear purpose — to carry out licensed construction work focused on private house building and the development of our village project. From the very beginning, the company has served as the operational arm of the main family business, ensuring quality execution and long-term growth in residential development.
Today, the company is being actively developed to build a strong credit history, allowing us to take on larger projects each year and earn trust from both investors and financial institutions.

CEO, Real estate developer, company owner; completed 15 private homes averaging 125 m²
Construction manager
Jānis Ūdris (senior)
Construction manager; over 40 completed and sold homes since 2000. The owner of all the developable land plots through his company, SIA Priežavoti.
Project manager
Elīna Ūdre
Project manager; specializes in village infrastructure planning and development. Over the past 10 years, Elīna and I have collaboratively developed all the properties in the Priežavoti village. Our joint efforts have significantly contributed to the growth and development of the community.
Project manager
Pēteris Dravnieks
Pēteris has been serving as our site manager for the past 10 years, overseeing and organizing the work processes of construction teams.

Emīls Ūdris
Emīls is the youngest member of our team and serves as the financial controller. In this role, he is responsible for monitoring the alignment between material procurement and the cost estimates outlined in our budgets.
